Policy

Dress Code:

Must mention how many your party size will be, including children under 4 years old. Dress weather appropriate and check weather forecast daily. Please dress respectful, the tour is family oriented.

Guest must dress weather appropriate:

Summer Weather - The following is prohibited to wear on tour. Ladies nothing revealing the cleavage, belly, and gluteus maximums. Gentlemen must wear shirt, and appropriate attire.

Winter Weather - Must wear for tour. Pants, sweater/jacket. Bennie (optional), scarf (optional) and gloves (optional).

*Everyone must be cloth for the tour.

*We are subject to search bag on tour for safety reason.

Reservation:

Guest must complete a "Book Your Tour" or "Contact Form" (Contact Tab) and full payment is required to secure reservation. it is the guest responsibility to read and understand the Code of Conduct and Liability Waiver. Code of Conduct and Liability Waiver must be signed before the tour begins. 

(*Price of tour + Tax.) (Acceptable payment methods: Zelle, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery).

Cancelation: A full refund will be given for reservation canceled, no later than 48 hours prior to the tour. A $20 fee per guest will be deducted, if reservations are canceled 24 hours prior to tour. No refund will be given to guests, if they are a no show.  Company will fully refund money to guest due to weather conditions/unforeseen events or reschedule the tour. To reserve tour, cancel tour or reschedule reservation you can contact us.

*We reserve the right to refuse service. Restrictions (No exceptions): Illegal substances, alcohol, weapons (including pocketknife, razorblade, etc..), pets and drones. *Service dog will be considered case by case.
